SAUTER TG Coating Thickness Gauge

TG Coating Thickness Gauge

Measure coatings with the Sauter TG1250-0.1FN Digital Coating Thickness Gauge, designed to measure such things as paint and lacquer coatings used for cars, varnishes and other industrial applications.

With two modes - N-Mode and F-mode - this coating thickness meter can measure both non-magnetic materials found on magnetic metals and non-magnetic coatings found on non-magnetic metals.

The internal memory allows you to store up to 99 values which can be viewed from the backlit LCD display and/or transferred to a computer.

The Offset-Accur function allows adjustment by 2 point calibration, providing an approximate accuracy of 1%.

Other features include a scan mode for continuous measurement or single point measurements with selectable measurement units (µm, mil). It also has an inbuilt mini statistics kit to show measured results, average values and max/min values on the screen.

Modes:

N-Mode - non-magnetic coatings on non-magnetic metals, for example, anodising, varnish, paint, enamel, plastic coatings, powder coatings on aluminium, brass, non-magnetic stainless steel etc.

F-Mode – for measuring coating thickness of non-metallic materials found on magnetic surfaces such as steel, iron etc, for example, lacquers, copper, aluminium, paper, some alloy coatings.
